I think tying Shirts around the Hips like that looks pretty cool, so I wanted to bring the look into VRoid. It was quite hard, i didnt even knew where to start. In the end I tied my IRL shirt around foam, took pictures from all angles and edited it together into a flat 2D file to be applied to a 3D model again xD No one asked but you read it now regardless huehehe~ Anyways have fun with the texture. It comes in 8 basic colors and a couple variations. I made the base color Shirts downloadable individually to see which colors ya'll like most~ To use it, apply the Shirt to a Dress (without Pencil Skirt) and adjust the settings to your liking.
